The star of the show at Café Hollander is undoubtedly its food. Customers rave about the Eggs Benedict, described as absolutely delicious, with perfectly soft-boiled eggs and a creamy texture that harmonizes beautifully with the accompanying biscuit—though slightly salty, it complements the dish well. The food was absolutely great. The eggs Benedict was beyond delicious. The biscuit was a little on the salty side but was really well balanced with the rest of the food. The eggs were perfectly soft boiled and creamy. The sauce for the chicken and waffels really brought out the flavor of the dish. As for the dessert was perfect too. Definitely will be returning here. Great date or family place, very welcoming atmosphere.

This place is a hidden gem! Great food, great drinks and great atmosphere. Anything you order will be good. My bf had the hot mess. He said it would have been amazing with toast. I had cinnamon strudels french toast. Perfect balance between savory and sweet. No syrup needed.

The food was excellent! With the portion sizes, everyone left full. We had a table of 5, and the service was spot on.

Another fantastic Hollander experience! My husband and I made a Friday night reservation previously in the week, knowing there could be a possible dinner rush, and requested to sit at a high top in the bar. We were very glad we did! Our server Tom was dope! He was attentive, courteous, and funny! He let us know that the spinach bites (which were amazing) usually take longer than usual, and appreciated how personable he was. For dinner we ordered the Friday Fish Fry and the 1/2 soup (creamy mushroom) and 1/2 grilled cheese. Both were pretty standard, and good! The dill in the coleslaw made it very refreshing. My husband had a Pilsner and I started off with the Prickly Pear Margarita (which was a little too sweet for me), and switched to a regular tequila soda. The bar was busy, but but the drinks were still great! We will definitely be back, and hopefully with Tom as our server again!

We had a team lunch at the this restaurant. Since our team has different food interests, our manager selected this restaurant and it was worth the visit. The food and the service were exceptional. I had Falafel with Pita Bread which was top notch. Our entire team enjoyed the food. Finding a parking at this location is challenging.

We stopped in for lunch, and I found the entire area just right. I ordered the big smokey burger and sweet potato French fries; the burger was perfect with a delicate balance of flavors, and sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever had; some say sweet potato fries are healthier for you, but I have no idea if they are, I like them for the flavor and the texture, our server SONGE was very welcoming and friendly and genuinely added to the experience, after lunch the wife went shopping, and since I find shopping to be one of my least favorite activity I stayed in the bar and ordered a saint Teresa blond beer which was perfect for a hot summer day, yes I would gladly go back the beer selection was huge, and the bartender knew his stock so that was fun, the only downside was the parking, but that was a minor inconvenience

We sat on the patio area by the creek, and it was pleasant during the whole stay. Ordered beef with jasmine rice, and it was delicious! Meat was tender and rich in flavoring. Coffee is strong and rich in taste. The interior is very welcoming, and the bathroom smells great. I'll love to be back.

This was our 1st time at Hollanders. The food was great! Tried a new beer, yum. Our server, Kylie ( Jenner, lol) was amazing! I've never had a server who was as knowledgeable & fun! She made our night! Hugs to Miller. Next time be sure to have growler caps, so we can take that great beer home. Be back soon & telling friends
